We will recommended a repair if that is best or we will recommend a replacement. We are technicians NOT sales people.  We do not work on commission or any other compensation award program.  When we leave, you can know that we aren't up selling you or trying to hoodwink you!  Our technicians will explain what and why they have given you a particular recommendation. They may even draw you a picture! You will get a formal proposal sent to you either via Text or Email, or both, within 24-48 hours.
